Where to park: We recommend you park at 606 Elm Street, Dallas, TX 75202. This is what the parking entrance looks like. This is a public parking garage. Make sure you secure all your belongings. Parking rates vary from $5.00 to $10.00, depending on the day of the week—Park at Your Own Risk. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles.
Cancellation & Expiration Rules: Your admission expires six months after you purchase the tour or 24 hours after you start the tour, whichever comes first—refundable (less booking fee) 24 hours from the purchase date/time if the tour has not been started. Otherwise, the purchase is non-refundable.
